Ashneer Grover BharatPe Controversy: On November 28, the Delhi High Court asked Ashneer Grover to pay a penalty of Rs 2 lakh. Ashneer Grover has been the co-founder and former managing director of BharatPe. The penalty was imposed by the Delhi High Court because Ashneer Grover had posted a wrong post about BharatPe on his Twitter (ie X) account. Later he removed this post from his Aisi X account. This action was taken against him because he had given assurance to the Delhi High Court that he would refrain from saying anything wrong about the BharatPe company.
BharatPe company had filed a petition in the court to stop Ashneer Grover from posting defamatory content about the company. Defamatory content means anything that brings defamation to BharatPe company.

Another court case against Ashneer Grover BharatPe Controversy
Last week, BharatPe company had filed a new case against Ashneer Grover. The objective of BharatPe company behind this case was that with the help of the court, BharatPe should not publish confidential information of the company to Ashneer Grover. BharatPe company raised the issue that Ashneer Grover is still bound by the employment agreement which he had signed while working in BharatPe.
According to media reports, Ashneer Grover, who is under investigation because he is accused of financial scam in BharatPe company.
Ashneer Grover and his wife stopped at the airport
This month, Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain were stopped at Delhi International Airport. The reason for this was that a circular was issued against him in which it was said that he had connections in committing fraud in a big Fintech company like BharatPe.
Ashneer Grover and his wife were going to New York for vacation when they were stopped at Delhi International Airport. The reason for the stop was also a lookout circular and notice issued by the Economic Offenses Wing (EoW) of Delhi Police.
Economic Offense Wing circular against Ashneer Grover
The Economic Offenses Wing (EoW) says that when Ashneer Grover was the Managing Director of BharatPe, he had made some payments to Fake Humor Resource Consultancies. Actually, all these consultancies are operated by Ashneer Grover and his family.
BharatPe company has also filed a civil suit against Ashneer Grover, his wife Madhuri Jain and their family members. According to this suit, BharatPe company is demanding a total of ₹ 88 crore from Ashneer Grover because he has used the company’s money for his own benefit and has caused huge loss to the company.
